Dukes Coffee Roasters in Ross House on Flinders Lane is a Melbourne specialty coffee store that brews only certified organic coffee.
It pours Dukes' signature espresso blend and single origins from organic and regenerative organic farms. The small room has recycled tiles, reclaimed timber and minimal seating, and pastries come from Mosaic to eat in or take away. Beans are sold for home brewing. It opens 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays and is closed on Sundays.
