Dukes Coffee Roasters is a Melbourne specialty coffee roaster run by Peter Frangoulis that works only with certified organic and regenerative organic farmers.
It describes itself as a certified organic specialty roaster and offers directly sourced microlots, seasonal coffees and espresso blends, buying from small farms and cooperatives. Its store in Ross House on Flinders Lane brews only certified organic coffee each day. The original Dukes café in Windsor has closed. Beans are sold online and through wholesale.
