About Patricia Coffee Brewers
Patricia is a standing-room specialty coffee bar in Melbourne's CBD, on the corner of Little Bourke and Little William streets.
Owners Bowen Holden, formerly of Seven Seeds, and Pip Heath named it after their grandmothers. A tiled entrance reads Standing Room Only. The menu sticks to espresso, black or white, and filter, using house blends and single origins roasted for Patricia at Bureaux Collective, plus local guest roasters. Pastries come from All Are Welcome and Candied Bakery. It is closed on Sundays.
