About BENCH COFFEE CO. Lt Collins
Bench Coffee Co on Little Collins Street is the Melbourne specialty coffee flagship of the roaster Bench, with a standing espresso bar in the CBD.
It serves espresso, lattes, hot and iced filter, cold brew and an espresso tonic, and sells its beans to take home. The pastry is dacquoise, a nut-meringue sandwich with buttercream, in flavours such as Uji matcha, black sesame and raspberry. Arkhe Tekhne designed the room, whose long bench has a glass-block base inspired by the Maison de Verre.
