Bench Coffee Co is a Melbourne specialty coffee roaster run by a team including co-owner Joshua Crasti, with a flagship espresso bar on Little Collins Street.
It describes itself as a boutique roaster and sells its beans to take home. The CBD bar serves espresso, hot and iced filter, cold brew and an espresso tonic, with dacquoise in flavours such as Uji matcha and black sesame. Bench also has a café in Brunswick and a sister venue, Saint Dreux, a katsu sando bar. Members of the same team co-own the Collingwood roastery ACOFFEE.
