About Coffeedot
Coffeedot is a Kumamoto specialty coffee roastery and bean shop in the YARD complex in Higashi Ward.
Founded in 2017 as a sister to the in・to coffee stand, it is run by roaster Hiroto Katsumoto, who stocks around 15 single origins that rotate by season and no blends. Beans are sold from 150 g with a profile card, and buying beans brings 500 yen off a drip coffee. The second floor seating looks out over Lake Kamiezu.
