About COFFEE BLUE
COFFEE BLUE is a Kumamoto specialty coffee roastery opened in May 2023 by Takuro Kinoshita.
Kinoshita, a former physical therapist, worked at Gluck Coffee Spot before opening. He roasts on a coffed roaster, a make rarely seen in Kyushu, and keeps four or five single origins brewed on Kalita Wave drippers with an emphasis on sweet aftertaste. The espresso blend combines Brazil and El Salvador. Seating is a counter and a wall bench, and beans are sold in store and online.
