About COFFEE BLUE
COFFEE BLUE is a Kumamoto specialty coffee roaster run by Takuro Kinoshita since 2023.
Kinoshita spent about seven years roasting as a hobby and worked at Gluck Coffee Spot before opening. He roasts on a coffed machine, rarely seen in Kyushu, and keeps four or five single origins, plus an espresso blend of Brazil and El Salvador. His aim is coffee that is easy to drink and naturally tasty.
Beans are sold at his shop and through an online store.
