About Pilgrim Coffee
Pilgrim Coffee on Argyle Street is a brick-walled Hobart specialty coffee café in the CBD serving beans from the Moonah roaster Shake.
It runs a rotating menu of single-origin espressos, so the coffee on the bar changes regularly, and it bakes its own treats in house, including cinnamon scrolls and cruffins. Shake is run by Ian Merrigan and also supplies other Hobart venues, and Pilgrim is one of the CBD cafés that features its roasts. Urban List Hobart included Pilgrim in its January 2026 guide to the city's coffee.
