About BLOOM Coffee x Bites
Bloom Coffee x Bites on Collins Street is a Hobart specialty coffee café serving beans from Market Lane and Five Senses.
It hosts coffee cupping events and offers syrups, cold foams and matcha variations alongside espresso and filter, with house-made tiramisu. Beans and V60 drippers are sold for brewing at home. Five Senses is the second roaster on the bar. Urban List Hobart included Bloom in its January 2026 guide to the city's coffee.
