About Industry Beans Fitzroy
Industry Beans on Westgarth Street is the Fitzroy, Melbourne specialty coffee café and roastery of Industry Beans.
The skylit warehouse was designed by March Studio, and the café moved here in 2021 from the original Rose Street flagship. A Modbar espresso system makes up to five coffees at a time, the menu puts single origins first, and a bubble tea-style drink pairs cold brew with coffee-soaked tapioca pearls. The changing brunch menu has included pandan bubble waffles and a coffee-rubbed Wagyu burger. There is an outdoor area and takeaway.
