About Toby's Estate Coffee Roasters Melbourne
Toby's Estate on Rose Street is the Fitzroy, Melbourne specialty coffee flagship café of the Sydney roaster Toby's Estate.
It serves the roaster's espresso blends, monthly single origins and limited Flavour Savour releases, all roasted at the company's Chippendale roastery in Sydney, where the roasting team works daily behind a glass wall. Beans are sold to take home. Toby's Estate runs its other flagship cafés in Chippendale, Newstead in Brisbane and Robertson Quay in Singapore. The café opens 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at weekends.
