About Industry Beans Fitzroy
Industry Beans is a Fitzroy, Melbourne specialty coffee roaster owned by brothers Trevor and Steven Simmons, roasting on site at its Westgarth Street warehouse.
The roastery also produces canned and bottled coffee. In 2021, when the lease on its original Rose Street flagship ended, Industry Beans moved a few hundred metres to a skylit warehouse designed by March Studio, which holds the roastery and a café. The café uses a Modbar that can make five coffees at once and puts single origins first. The company also runs a café on Little Collins Street in the CBD.
