About Coffee Anthology
Coffee Anthology on Charlotte Street is a Brisbane specialty coffee café in the CBD, set in a cavernous room behind an 1890s heritage-listed facade.
It showcases roasters from around Australia, such as Padre, Proud Mary, Almanac and Passport, as pour-over, batch brew and espresso from a La Marzocco Strada EP and a Slayer. Muffins are made at its sister roastery, The Maillard Project. Coffee Anthology was one of the inner city's early specialty players, and it ranked 29th in a global list of coffee shops in 2026, after eighth in 2025. It opens early and has outdoor seating.
