About Paloma Coffee
Paloma Coffee is a specialty coffee roastery and café on plac Solny in Wrocław's old town, where the roasting can be watched from the bar.
The founders learned to roast in Barcelona before setting up in Wrocław, and Paloma works on the idea that not every coffee should taste the same, with limited collections of infused, anaerobic and wine-yeast fermented lots alongside single origins and blends such as Juice&Joy. On the bar are espresso, flat whites, a cappuccino with craft caramel syrup and the cappuorange, a double espresso with orange juice, plus AeroPress, drip, Chemex, V60 and batch brew. Matcha drinks, natural wine and cocktails join cakes, sandwiches and bagels. Paloma opens daily from eight until nine.
