About Gniazdo

Gniazdo is a specialty coffee and breakfast café on Świdnicka in Wrocław, set in a tenement opposite the Wrocław Opera.

The building once housed the Babeczka bakery. Filter coffee is brewed as pour-over, drip, AeroPress or Chemex, with beans rotating between roasters such as Rost, Keen Coffee and Napar, alongside espresso, milk drinks and seasonal specials such as a mandarin matcha. Breakfast is served all day: eggs Benedict, Turkish eggs, mushroom toast, cheese pancakes with three sauces, bagels and bowls, with classic, gluten-free and vegan cakes from local bakeries. Gniazdo opens daily from eight until eight, about ten minutes on foot from the main railway station, and weekends get busy.
