About Chmiel kawę - Specialty Coffee Concept
Chmiel kawę is a specialty coffee concept at Szewska and Kotlarska in Wrocław's old town, pairing coffee, pastries and craft beer since 2022.
The flagship drink is Hoppy Nitro Coffee, a nitro coffee infused with hops. Beans come from Polish and international roasters, with a roastery of the month on the grinder, served as espresso, V60, batch brew and cold brew, with decaf and plant-based milks. Pastries are baked daily, alongside cakes and mini macarons, and seasonal drinks such as a mango matcha. Non-alcoholic craft beers from Polish breweries are also sold, and the playlist leans to young Polish pop.
