About Cafe Targowa
Cafe Targowa is a specialty coffee counter inside Hala Targowa, the market hall on Piaskowa in Wrocław's Stare Miasto, open since 2012.
It was set up by Filip Kucharczyk after his return from London, and he went on to win the World AeroPress Championship in 2016. Since 2017 he has roasted the coffee himself at Figa, his micro-roastery, buying small lots from fresh harvests. AeroPress and pour-over are the focus at the brew bar, alongside espresso, batch brew, cold brew and decaf, with plant-based milks. Cupping events are announced from time to time. The counter opens from Monday to Saturday and is closed on Sundays.
