Cabrito Coffee Traders on Bulletin Place is a hole-in-the-wall Sydney specialty coffee café at Circular Quay.
It occupies a heritage building with an industrial-chic interior and roasts its own house blends, inspired by Ethiopia and Peru, including Milk Man, and adds guest-roaster single origins. Espresso comes milky or short. Food has included flavoured lamingtons and a toasted sourdough with ricotta, mozzarella and jamón. Bags of beans are sold to take home.
