Cabrito Coffee Traders is a Sydney specialty coffee roaster and café on Bulletin Place at Circular Quay.
It was opened by Blake Head with Michael Cookson and Kit Cheong in a heritage building. Its beans were first custom-roasted by 4 Rascals in Victoria while the café waited for council approval for its own roaster. It now roasts its own house blends, inspired by Ethiopia and Peru, including one called Milk Man, and serves guest-roaster single origins. Bags are sold to take home.
