About Seven Seeds Coffee Roasters

Seven Seeds is a Fairfield, Melbourne specialty coffee roaster run by Mark Dundon and Bridget Amor, which dates itself to 2007.

After Dundon sold St Ali in 2008, the pair converted an old Carlton warehouse into a roastery and café. In 2017 the roasting outgrew Carlton and moved to the wholesale headquarters at 7 Montefiore Street, Fairfield, where green coffee from the Americas, Africa and Asia is roasted on a 60 kg Probat and two smaller machines. Seven Seeds works with producers on long-term relationships and sells single origins and house blends for espresso and filter in paper bags certified home compostable. Its cafés are Seven Seeds Carlton, Brother Baba Budan and Traveller in the CBD, and Suburbia Bakery in Fairfield.
