About Seven Seeds Coffee Roasters
Seven Seeds on Berkeley Street is the flagship specialty coffee café of the Seven Seeds roastery in Carlton, Melbourne, set in a converted warehouse.
Owners Mark Dundon and Bridget Amor opened it as a roastery and café; roasting has since moved to Fairfield. The espresso is the Golden Gate blend, with cocoa and toffee notes, alongside a rotating single origin, filter coffee and cold drip. There are vegetarian options and an outdoor area, and bags of Seven Seeds coffee are sold to take home. Broadsheet places it first in its 2026 Melbourne coffee collection.
