About Vitality Roasting
Vitality Roasting on Como Avenue Southeast is a specialty coffee café in Minneapolis run by the locally owned roaster of the same name.
The café serves Vitality's small-batch single-origin coffees as espresso and brewed coffee, including a half-caff option, and is open every day from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. A small roasting and barista team runs the business, which opened its first shop in the downtown skyway in 2021. Beans are sold to take home.
