About Northern Coffeeworks
Northern Coffeeworks is a micro-roaster and specialty coffee shop on 28th Avenue South in Minneapolis.
It was founded in 2017. The café serves its own coffees as single-cup pour-over and from an espresso bar. Many are named after Minnesota, such as the Boundary Waters and Cabin Vibes blends, Evergreen Espresso and Lady's Slipper, alongside single origins from Kenya, Colombia, Honduras and Papua New Guinea. The business grew out of a bike shop and opens daily from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
