Vitality Roasting is a locally owned Minneapolis specialty coffee roaster that sources and roasts small-batch coffee, roasting since 2017.
The company focuses on single-origin coffees and works with a small roasting and barista team. Its tagline promises coffee that will light you up, and the cafés offer a half-caff option for those who want less caffeine.
