About Backstory Coffee Roasters - North Loop
Backstory Coffee Roasters in the North Loop is a Minneapolis specialty coffee café combined with a laptop-friendly co-working space.
It opened in October 2022 and serves coffee from Backstory's roastery in West Saint Paul as espresso, batch brew, pour-over and cold brew. The house blends are named Wayfinder, Narrator and Legend, running from lighter to creamier profiles, and whole beans are sold at the counter. Backstory also runs a café at Bloomington Central Station.
