About SK Coffee: Whittier
SK Coffee on Lyndale Avenue South is a specialty coffee café in Minneapolis' Whittier neighborhood run by the roaster of the same name.
SK was founded in 2017 by Sam Kjellberg and roasts single-origin microlots with a direct-trade approach. The menu includes a house spiced latte made with cinnamon, clove and star anise. The Dalecarlian horse logo nods to the founder's Swedish ancestry, and SK also runs cafés in the downtown skyway and at Vandalia Tower.
