SK Coffee's skyway café on South 6th Street is a downtown Minneapolis specialty coffee bar run by the Whittier roaster.
The bar serves SK's own single-origin coffees as espresso drinks and brewed coffee, along with the house spiced latte made with cinnamon, clove and star anise. It is closed at weekends and serves the weekday skyway crowd. SK was founded in 2017 by Sam Kjellberg and also runs cafés on Lyndale Avenue and at Vandalia Tower.
