About Tinker Coffee on Market
Tinker Coffee Co. on East Market Street is a downtown Indianapolis specialty coffee café with a public roastery, run by the local roaster Tinker.
Tinker was founded in 2014 by brothers-in-law Steve Hall and Jeff Johnson and focuses on single-origin coffees, roasting on a Loring Kestrel. The café serves espresso drinks and rotating single origins and sells retail beans. Tinker also runs cafés at The Firehouse in Butler-Tarkington and inside The AMP at 16 Tech, both with order-ahead pickup, and supplies cafés, offices and restaurants.
