About Quills Coffee
Quills Coffee on North Meridian Street is an Indianapolis specialty coffee café near the Central Library, run by the Louisville roaster Quills.
The bright, laptop-friendly room serves Quills coffee, roasted in small hand-run batches in Louisville, as espresso and pour-over. Blends such as the Inkwell house blend, the Blacksmith espresso and the Southern Gothic cold brew blend are sold alongside single origins. Quills roasts about 45 pounds at a time, typically four days a week, on East Main Street in Louisville's NuLu district.
