About Blue Mind Coffee
Blue Mind Coffee on East 38th Street is the Indianapolis specialty coffee café of Blue Mind Coffee Roasting, opened in early 2023 by Sarah and Andy Hassler.
The 1,500-square-foot café sits in the former home of the Indiana Pacers organization, with a roastery area at the back for its 12-kilo US Roaster Corp machine. Espresso runs on a La Marzocco Linea PB and batch brew on a Fetco, with cortados, flat whites and lattes such as butterscotch and ube. Pastries come from Leviathan Bakehouse and Native Bread, and Blue Mind's light roasts are sold by the bag.
