About Quills Coffee
Quills Coffee is a Louisville specialty coffee roaster that roasts all of its coffee on East Main Street in NuLu.
Roasting happens in small, hand-run batches of about 45 pounds, typically four days a week. The core range includes the Blacksmith espresso blend with notes of baker's chocolate, blueberries and hazelnut, the Inkwell house blend served as drip in its cafés, and the Southern Gothic cold brew blend, plus single origins and decaf.
Quills runs cafés in the Highlands, in NuLu at the Firehouse and on Frankfort Avenue.
