About Blue Mind Coffee
Blue Mind Coffee Roasting is an Indianapolis specialty coffee roaster founded by Sarah and Andy Hassler, focused on light roasts.
It roasts on a 12-kilo US Roaster Corp machine at the back of its café on East 38th Street. Sourcing includes Costa Rican coffees through Farmers Project, Rwandan coffees from Umuko Coffee and Burundian coffees from JNP Coffee, alongside long-standing importer relationships for year-round offerings.
The café, opened in early 2023 in the former Indiana Pacers offices, serves the coffee on a La Marzocco Linea PB and as batch brew.
