manucoffee roasters Kujira is a manu coffee café in Fukuoka's Shirogane, near Yakuin Station, serving the roaster's own specialty coffee.
The two-floor shop is also the company's roasting hub, opened in 2017 and furnished with an eclectic mix of vintage pieces. Signature drinks include a vanilla wasanbon latte. The menu covers espresso drinks and single-origin hand drip made with beans roasted by manu, whose lineup draws on Ethiopia, Kenya, Brazil and Indonesia, and whole beans are sold to take home. It is open every day.
