manu coffee is a Fukuoka specialty coffee roaster that runs several cafés across the city.
Its roasting hub is the Kujira shop in Shirogane near Yakuin. The company roasts beans from Ethiopia, Kenya, Brazil and Indonesia and sells them whole in its shops and by subscription. Its cafés serve espresso drinks and single-origin hand drip, and it also operates the Manua Stand at CO_YARD KANATAKE in Nishi Ward.
manu beans also appear outside the city, for example at H_NNTO COFFEE, a coffee stand inside a hot-spring inn in Minamiaso, Kumamoto.
