About MANLY COFFEE
ROASTERY MANLY COFFEE is a specialty coffee roastery café in Fukuoka's Hirao, run by Noriko Sunaga, a figure in the city's coffee scene since 2008.
The shop occupies a converted traditional wooden house and roasts its own beans, including lots from Ethiopia, Guatemala and Burundi. Brewing includes AeroPress, espresso and hand drip, and a signature milk brew steeps coffee in milk instead of water. Hours change often and are posted on Instagram.
