About COFFEEMAN Roasting & Planning Café
COFFEEMAN is a specialty coffee roastery café in Fukuoka's Ropponmatsu, opened in February 2016 by Takaomi Eguchi.
Eguchi roasts on a 6 kg GIESEN semi-hot-air machine and builds his menu mainly around blends, alongside single origins such as Costa Rica and Indonesia, brewing with several dripper shapes. The eight-seat shop has counter and table seats, and beans are sold from 100 g. It is closed on Mondays unless Monday is a public holiday.
