About Padre Coffee Brunswick East
Padre Coffee on Lygon Street is the original Brunswick East, Melbourne specialty coffee café and roastery of Padre, once called The East Brunswick Project.
About half of Padre's roasting happens here. The espresso blend is Daddy's Girl and the filter blend is Hey Buddy, with single origins usually on offer. Food is takeaway sweets and savouries, with bacon and egg tarts a regular. Barista, roasting and cupping courses are held here, and beans and home brewing equipment are sold.
