About Strauss
Strauss on Elizabeth Street is a small Brisbane specialty coffee café and bar in the CBD, with seating along the laneway.
Its house blend was developed with Coffee Supreme from Guatemala La Soledad and Honduras Liquidambar beans, alongside rotating single origins and V60 pour-overs. The short menu has two salads, two sandwiches and the Strauss bruschetta. Beer from Green Beacon, cocktails and changing wines are served, and the café opens from 6:30 a.m. under high ceilings.
