About Momentum Roasting Co.
Momentum Roasting Co. on South 5th Street is a downtown Boise specialty coffee café and roastery between Julia Davis Park and Zoo Boise.
Coffee is roasted in small batches on site and served as espresso, pour-over and nitro cold brew. Current coffees include Costa Rica Tarrazú San Diego Jaguar Honey, a natural Ayla Bombe from Sidama, Guatemala Huehuetenango Candelaria, Brazil Salmo and a Valle del Cauca sugarcane decaf. The café shows rotating local art, has a patio and sells beans and a roaster's choice subscription.
