Slow By Slow Coffee Bar on South 8th Street is a downtown Boise specialty coffee bar that rotates coffees from outside roasters.
The bar brews espresso, pour-over, batch brew and cold brew across a walnut burl brew bar, and its sister counter, Fast by Slow, sits next door for quicker orders. The menu changes as guest coffees rotate, and the bar is built for slow, made-to-order brewing.
