Momentum Roasting Co. is a Boise specialty coffee roaster that roasts small batches in the same building as its downtown coffee shop on South 5th Street.
Online orders are roasted there too. Current coffees include Costa Rica Tarrazú San Diego Jaguar Honey, Ethiopia Sidama Ayla Bombe Natural, Guatemala Huehuetenango Candelaria, Brazil Salmo and a Colombian sugarcane decaf, and a roaster's choice monthly subscription is offered.
The café sits between Julia Davis Park and Zoo Boise and serves the coffee as espresso, pour-over and nitro cold brew.
