About Flying M Coffee House
Flying M Coffeehouse on West Idaho Street is a downtown Boise specialty coffee house, locally owned since 1992, that serves Flying M's own roasted coffee.
The room is known for mismatched furniture and a gift shop called the Gift Shack, and it stays open until 10 p.m. most nights. The Flying M Espresso Blend anchors the bar, and beans are sold to take home. Flying M also runs coffee shops in Caldwell, Nampa and McCall.
