About Little Darling Coffee Roasters
Little Darling Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café in Minami-Aoyama in Tokyo's Minato City. It sits in Share Green Minami Aoyama, in a converted warehouse within a green retail and event complex.
Head barista Naoya Akagawa, a latte art world championship finalist, selects and roasts five coffees on site twice a week. The house blend My Bestfriend's Crush mixes Brazil, Ethiopia, Laos and Colombia, and guests can choose their brew method, including press and filter.
