About Little Darling Coffee Roasters
Little Darling Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roaster in Minami-Aoyama in Tokyo's Minato City. It is set inside the Share Green Minami Aoyama complex and calls itself an urban park coffee roaster.
Head barista Naoya Akagawa, a latte art world championship finalist, selects and roasts five coffees on site twice a week. The signature blend My Bestfriend's Crush combines Brazil, Ethiopia, Laos and Colombia in a medium-dark roast.
Beans are sold at the café and through an online store, and the café is closed on Wednesdays.
