About GLITCH COFFEE & ROASTERS
GLITCH COFFEE & ROASTERS is a specialty coffee roastery and café in Tokyo's Chiyoda City, in the Jimbocho book district. It is the original shop and roasting base of Glitch, which roasts light to bring out the character of each origin.
Single origins are brewed by hand pour-over or as espresso, with tasting notes listed for each coffee. Beans are sold in store and online, and the brand now has branches in Nihonbashi, Ginza, Osaka and Nagoya.
