About Glitch Coffee and Roasters GINZA
GLITCH COFFEE GINZA is a specialty coffee shop in Tokyo's Chuo City, in Higashi-Ginza. It is a branch of Glitch Coffee & Roasters and serves only light roasts from the Jimbocho roastery.
Around fifteen single origins are on offer, brewed to order at a U-shaped counter under ukiyo-e woodblock prints, with 1980s music playing on Tannoy speakers. Espresso drinks and bags of beans are also available. Light roasts are the only option here, and the shop opens daily from 8am, a short walk from Higashi-Ginza and Tsukiji.
