GLITCH COFFEE & ROASTERS is a specialty coffee roaster founded in 2015 in Jimbocho, Tokyo's Chiyoda City. It focuses on light-roasted single origins chosen to show each farm's character and a clean cup.
The original Jimbocho shop on Kanda-Nishikicho is joined by cafés in Nihonbashi and Ginza, a branch in Osaka's Nakanoshima Festival Tower and one in Nagoya's Meieki district.
Glitch sells beans online and by subscription, and supplies cafés and offices through a wholesale program with a 5 kg monthly minimum, offering guest-bean slots and international wholesale on request.
