About Alchemist Aoyama
Alchemist Aoyama is the first Japanese café of Singapore specialty coffee roaster Alchemist, between Omotesando and Shibuya in Tokyo's Shibuya. It opened in June 2025 on two floors with about 30 seats.
The coffee is roasted in Singapore to a medium-light profile, with four single origins on filter daily and three blends for espresso. More than ten coffees are sold as beans, including lots from less familiar origins such as Thailand, Indonesia and Yemen. The counter avoids big machines so baristas can talk with guests.
