About SmartCoffee Roastery
Smart Coffee Roastery is a café and specialty coffee roastery on Rūdolfa Blaumaņa iela in Sigulda, serving coffee roasted on the premises.
The café pours the house's own roasts, which come in three profiles: light roasts with fruit and herbal notes, medium roasts, and darker roasts with chocolate and nutty notes. Roasting happens on site, beans are sold to take home, and barista-led masterclasses cover tasting and brewing. Dogs are welcome, which suits a stop on a day out in the Gauja valley town.
